1 - CANDIDATE SELECTION
The first step of our proven methodology is Candidate Selection, which includes 1) Multiple tests for aptitude, personality traits and basic skills, 2) Two phase interview process to validate resume and experience, 3) Reference Checks, and 4) Background Checks and other Screenings as required.
2 - CASE RESULTS
The second step to our proven methodology is to study the case results. Higher scoring candidates have demonstrated a 16% greater likelihood of success and retention rates have increased as much as 30%. There is also a significant deviation of success characteristics in training completion, (Low Score Probability of 57%; 97% for High Score Probability).
3 - COACHING
Finally, we offer an on-going employee development program for all placed candidates.
